Cash Pool definition

Cash Pool means the pool of cash, comprising Surplus Funds and Bank Borrowings, from which Advances are made.

Cash Pool means any cash pool account system/ICP international cash pool system of the Group with the Cash Pool Provider from time to time, including (to the extent applicable) one or several cash pool arrangements and any liquidity optimisation arrangement linking such cash pools.

• The Monitor, on behalf of the Participating CCAA Parties, shall make the respective CCAA Party Distributions from the applicable Unsecured Creditor Cash Pool to each holder of a CCAA Party Pre-Filing Interco Claim in accordance with their CCAA Party Distributions Pro Rata Share, after adjustment for the receipts, payments and distributions described in Sections 7.1(a) through 7.1(c) above, as applicable, to the applicable Participating CCAA Party holding a CCAA Party Pre-Filing Interco Claim.

• In accordance with Section 2.4(c) and the Irrevocable Payment Direction, the Parent, individually, or in connection with certain other Non-Filed Affiliates, shall contribute (or cause to be contributed) Cdn.$9.5 million to the Arnaud Pension Cash Pool and Cdn.$9.5 million to the Wabush Pension Cash Pool.

• For the avoidance of doubt, any settlement or payment made on account of a Cure Obligation shall not be made out of the Segregated Account or otherwise reduce the amount of the Segregated Funds available to holders of Class 3A General Unsecured Claims (other than Cash Pool Claims which shall participate in the Cash Pool Settlement).

More Definitions of Cash Pool

Cash Pool means Cash equal to the Differential that under no circumstances shall exceed $40 million and shall be funded in one of the following manners:
