Cash Sweep Account definition

Cash Sweep Account means the account that is established by agreement between the broker and a financial institution where the Broker has a trust fund account, which shall be in accordance with the provisions of this rule.
Cash Sweep Account means the account described in Schedule 7.
Cash Sweep Account means an account at Agent established for the purpose of Section 2.14 hereof and any account(s) in substitution thereof or in addition thereto hereafter established in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

More Definitions of Cash Sweep Account

Cash Sweep Account has the meaning specified in Section 2(c).

Cash Sweep Account. As such term is defined in Section 8.6(b) hereof.
