Cash Amounts means, of any Person and as of any time, all cash and cash equivalents, deposits in transit, bank and other depositary accounts and safe deposit boxes, demand accounts, certificates of deposit, time deposits, negotiable instruments, securities and brokerage accounts.
Cash Amounts means, in respect of any Person (i) amounts of cash actually paid by such Person to any other Person or (ii) amounts to be paid by such person to any other Person that are classified as accounts payable; provided, for the avoidance of doubt, that any amount previously counted as a Cash Amount pursuant to clause (ii) may not be counted as a Cash Amount pursuant to clause (i) in a subsequent year’s calculation of the Aggregate Annual Obligation.

Examples of Cash Amounts in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, the Tranche 1 Performance Units shall not vest if the Advent Group receives Advent Cash Amounts resulting in a MOIC of less than two (2).
No Dividend Cash Amounts with respect to a Restricted Stock Unit shall be credited under this Award Agreement for any period after the Vesting Date (as defined in Paragraph 2) applicable to such Restricted Stock Unit.
To the extent permitted by the Prospectus, the Participant shall be responsible for any and all expenses and costs incurred by the Trust, including all Cash Amounts, in connection with any Redemption Request.

Cash Amounts shall (i) exclude uncleared checks and drafts written or issued by Everest, Olympus or any of their Subsidiaries as of 00:01 a.m., London, United Kingdom time, on the Closing Date, (ii) include checks and drafts deposited for the account of Everest, Olympus or any of their Subsidiaries and (iii) exclude any Everest Restricted Cash and Olympus Restricted Cash.
