Cash Amounts definition

Cash Amounts means, in respect of any Person (i) amounts of cash actually paid by such Person to any other Person or (ii) amounts to be paid by such person to any other Person that are classified as accounts payable; provided, for the avoidance of doubt, that any amount previously counted as a Cash Amount pursuant to clause (ii) may not be counted as a Cash Amount pursuant to clause (i) in a subsequent year’s calculation of the Aggregate Annual Obligation.
Cash Amounts means, of any Person and as of any time, all cash and cash equivalents, deposits in transit, bank and other depositary accounts and safe deposit boxes, demand accounts, certificates of deposit, time deposits, negotiable instruments, securities and brokerage accounts.
Cash Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Cash Amounts means, of any Person and as of any time, all cash and cash equivalents, bank and other depositary accounts and safe deposit boxes, demand accounts, certificates of deposit, time deposits, checks, negotiable instruments, marketable securities and securities and brokerage accounts, in each case of such Person as of such time, such amounts calculated in a manner consistent with the Transaction Accounting Principles, and in each case excluding Restricted Cash.
