Casino Gross Revenue definition

Casino Gross Revenue means the total of all sums, including cheques and other negotiable instruments whether collected or not, received in any month from the conduct of Gaming, less the total of all sums paid out as winnings during that month in respect of Gaming. For the purposes of this definition:

Casino Gross Revenue means the total of all sums, including cheques whether collected or not, actually received in any month by a casino operator from the conduct of gaming and agency related keno games, less the total of all sums paid out as winnings during that month in respect of gaming, but does not include premium junket revenue for the month.

Casino Gross Revenue means Casino gross revenue as defined in the Control Act.
