Castings definition

Castings has the meaning assigned to it in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Castings means Mahindra Hinoday Industries Limited, a public limited company incorporated under the Act, having its registered office at Mahindra Towers, P.K. Kurne Chowk, Worli, Mumbai – 400018, Maharashtra, India;
Castings means Central Castings Corporation, an Alabama corporation.
