Castings. 20.1 Any supply or manufacture of castings is governed by the provisions of the Agreement including the provisions with respect to Purchaser Supplied Material set out in clause 17. 20.2 If the Supplier is manufacturing castings, the Supplier must ensure that the castings are: (a) sound and clean; (b) free from porosity and all other defects: (c) without holes or cracks; (d) conforming to the appropriate standard of microstructure relevant to the product; (e) true to the shape and dimensions provided by the Purchaser or if none are provided, that are reasonably required; (f) properly dressed and fettled; (g) manufactured or supplied (as relevant) in accordance with drawings and/or specifications provided by the Purchaser; (h) unaffected by an explosive depth hardening process; (i) conforming to non-destructive testing; (j) compliant with any other condition or test as the Purchaser may from time to time require; and (k) of the appropriate standard specific to the Purchaser.

Castings. Buyer will buy, and TCDC will manufacture and sell, using the Tooling where appropriate, the castings (each a “Casting”) ordered by Buyer in accordance with the Specifications. The Specifications may include the part prints agreed upon by the parties and the quality criteria agreed upon by the parties for the Castings, which may be from zero defect criteria or ppm levels of agreement. Buyer grants TCDC the right to use the Specifications for the purposes set forth herein.
Castings. 8.1 Buyer will buy, and Rivimetal will manufacture and sell, using the Tooling where appropriate, the castings (each a “Casting”) ordered by Buyer in accordance with the specifications. 8.2 The specifications may include the part prints agreed upon by the parties and the quality criteria agreed upon by the parties for the Castings. Buyer grants Rivimetal the right to use the specifications for the purposes set forth herein.
Castings. The structure of the castings shall be homogeneous and free from non-metallic inclusions and other injurious defects. All surface of casing which are not machined shall be smooth and shall be carefully filed to remove all foundry irregularities.
Castings. All castings supplied by the Seller to the Purchaser shall be sound, clean, unpainted, out to twist and free from blowholes (whether plugged or otherwise) as well as distortion and surface and other defects. They shall be well dressed or fettled and shall be machine-able by normal methods.

The Seller may perform cosmetic welding on Xxxxx’s casting unless otherwise advised by the Buyer in writing.

This plan covers one (1) supply of contact lenses as follows: • conventional contact lenses - one (1) pair per plan year from a selection of • extended wear disposable lenses - up to a 6-month supply of monthly or two- week single vision spherical or toric disposable contact lenses per plan year; or • daily wear disposable lenses - up to a 3-month supply of daily single vision spherical disposable contact lenses per plan year. This plan also covers the evaluation, fitting, or follow-up care related to contact lenses. This plan covers additional contact lenses if your prescribing network provider submits a verification form, with the regular claim form, verifying that you have one of the following conditions: • anisometropia of 3D in meridian powers; • high ametropia exceeding -10D or +10D in meridian powers; • keratoconus when the member’s vision is not correctable to 20/25 in either or both eyes using standard spectacle lenses; and • vision improvement for members whose vision can be corrected two lines of improvement on the visual acuity chart when compared to the best corrected standard spectacle lenses.

  • Samples The Contractor shall submit the following samples of Materials and relevant information to the Authority’s Engineer for pre-construction review: (a) manufacturer's test reports and standard samples of manufactured Materials; and (b) samples of such other Materials as the Authority’s Engineer may require.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

Directory listings will make no distinction between <<customer_name>> and BellSouth subscribers.

  • Advertisements Any advertising, sales literature or other promotional material (including “prospectus wrappers,” “broker kits,” “road show slides,” “road show scripts” and “electronic road show presentations”) authorized in writing by or prepared by the Fund or the Investment Adviser and used in connection with the public offering of the Securities (collectively, “sales material”) does not contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading. All sales material complied and will comply in all material respects with the applicable requirements of the 1933 Act, the 1940 Act and the Rules and Regulations and the rules and interpretations of FINRA.
