Category 1 Request definition

Category 1 Request. As defined in the Post Closing Matters Description in Exhibit B-2.
Category 1 Request means a "Category 1 Request" and a "Deemed Category 1 Request" as such terms are defined in the Primary Servicing Agreement.
Category 1 Request. In connection with the PCF Pooled Mortgage Loans and PCFII Pooled Mortgage Loans, a "Category 1 Request" and a "Deemed Category 1 Request" as such terms are defined in the PGI Primary Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Category 1 Request in a sentence

  • If Primary Servicer classifies a Post Closing Request as a Category 1 Request or Deemed Category 1 Request, it shall promptly (but in no event more than five (5) Business Days after receiving such request) notify Master Servicer of (a) such request; (b) Primary Servicer's classification of the Post Closing Request as a Category 1 Request or Deemed Category 1 Request; and (c) Primary Servicer's Materiality Determination regarding any Category 1 Consent Aspect involved in such request.

  • If the Pooling and Servicing Agreement requires the Master Servicer to deliver originals or copies of any documents executed in connection with a Category 1 Request or Category 2 Request, the Primary Servicer shall promptly upon the closing of the transaction deliver such document or copy to the Master Servicer and each Person to whom the Master Servicer is required to deliver such document or copy under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Category 1 Request

Category 1 Request. In connection with the PCF Pooled Mortgage Loans, a "Category 1 Request" and a "Deemed Category 1 Request" as such terms are defined in the PCF Primary Servicing Agreement.
Category 1 Request any Borrower request for, or any action to permit or consent to, any modification, extension, waiver, defeasance, consent or other action contemplated by Section 3.19(d) or 3.20 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement that either (a) is specifically authorized in the related Mortgage Loan Documents, either expressly as a matter of right in favor of the Mortgagor or upon the satisfaction of certain specified conditions (including the exercise of any specified standard of consent or judgment within such conditions subject to the terms of this Agreement); or (b) seeks the approval of the related Mortgagee under the related Mortgage Loan Documents for a lease (other than a Significant Lease and other than the granting of a subordination and nondisturbance or attornment agreement for any lease (whether or not a Significant Lease)); provided that a Category 1 Request shall not include (i) any approval of a Significant Lease or the granting of a subordination and nondisturbance or attornment agreement for any lease (whether or not a Significant Lease) or (ii) any matter or action for which the Pooling and Servicing Agreement requires the Master Servicer to obtain the consent or approval of the Special Servicer (including, without limitation, a Special Servicer Decision or a Material Action).

Related to Category 1 Request

  • Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
