More Definitions of Category 2 Defect

Category 2 Defect means any Defect which is not a Category 1 Defect including those items specified in Appendix A to Schedule 3 – Payment Mechanism as Category 2 Defects.

Category 2 Defect means any other defect on the Project Network that is not a Category 1 Defect and is of a type which could be remedied by undertaking Routine Maintenance or Programmed Maintenance. Risk Assessment
