Examples of CE LLC in a sentence

  • Each of CWEN, CE LLC, CE Op, XX XxxXx and the Manager is referred to herein as a “Party”, and together as the “Parties”.

  • The Manager may subcontract to any other member of the Manager Group or any of its Affiliates, or arrange for the provision of any or all of the Services to be provided by it under this Agreement by any other member of the Manager Group or any of its Affiliates, and each of CWEN, CE LLC, XX XxxXx and CE Op hereby consents to any such subcontracting or arrangement; provided that the Manager shall remain responsible to the Service Recipients for any Services provided by such Person.

  • Delaware LLC means any limited liability company organized or formed under the laws of the State of Delaware.
