Cell C SP definition

Cell C SP means Cell C Service Provider Company Proprietary Limited, a company registered in accordance with the laws of South Africa under registration number 2001/008017/07;
Cell C SP means Cell C Service Provider Company Proprietary Limited, and includes a reference to any person who may become a party in the place of this entity through a transfer of rights or in a representative capacity.
Cell C SP means Cell C Service Provider Company Proprietary Limited, and shall include its successor in title, assignee or any other entity entitled to enforce or exercise any of its rights in terms of this Agreement.

  • Cell C SP will notify you at least 20 Working Days before the Charges are changed and you will then have the option to cancel the Agreement in terms of the cancellation provisions.

  • You will not be liable for any Usage Charges incurred by any unauthorised person after you have requested Cell C SP to block your SIM Card and/or Equipment, but you will continue to be liable for the Equipment Fee and Subscription Fee for the entire Contract Period.

  • You may reach your Monthly Usage Limit before Cell C SP has had a reasonable opportunity to either notify you that you are nearing your Monthly Usage Limit or to impose the limit to prevent you from incurring additional International Roaming Charges.

  • Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW means a treatment works as defined by § 212 of the CWA, which is owned by a state or municipality (as defined by § 502(4) of the CWA). This definition includes any devices and systems used in the storage, treatment, recycling, and reclamation of municipal sewage or industrial wastes of a liquid nature. It also includes sewers, pipes, and other conveyances only if they convey wastewater to a POTW treatment plant.
