Celladon Product definition

Celladon Product means an AAV Vector-delivered product, the mechanism of action of which is modulation of macromolecules (e.g., proteins) whose role is to regulate the uptake or release of calcium in the sarcoplasmic reticulum. Celladon Products include, without limitation, Mydicar.

Examples of Celladon Product in a sentence

  • The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for so long as any Celladon Product is being developed hereunder and thereafter until the expiration of the last Royalty Term for any Celladon Product, unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Article 7.

Related to Celladon Product

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.
