Cendant Operations has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • If such interruption of Services has a significant negative impact on Xxxxxx Express’s business and Cendant Operations cannot readily reinstate the Service involved, Cendant Operations will use its commercially reasonable efforts to assist Xxxxxx Express in securing alternative services to minimize such negative impact on Xxxxxx Express.

  • Cendant Operations will provide, upon reasonable written notice, such periodic reports with respect to the Services it provides hereunder as are reasonably requested by Xxxxxx Express, including such reports as are specified in Exhibit A.

  • It is understood that Cendant Operations has no obligation to provide Additional Services and may reject any request by Xxxxxx Express for Additional Services for any reason or for no reason.
