Centennial Care definition

Centennial Care means the New Mexico Medicaid program. Services including physical health, behavioral health, long-term care and community benefits will be provided by four managed care organizations (MCOs).
Centennial Care means the New Mexico Medicaid managed care program, including Centennial Care 2.0 (starting 1/1/19).
Centennial Care means HSD’s Section 1115 (a) demonstration Waiver effective January 1, 2014 that provides Medicaid services, including acute, behavioral health, certain home and community-based and long terminstitutional care (with the exception of the Development Disabilities and Medically Fragile waivers and other exempt programs that are specified in the waiver application) through a managed care system.

Examples of Centennial Care in a sentence

  • HSD shall enroll individuals determined eligible for Centennial Care.

  • Recipients who fail to select a Centennial Care 2.0 MCO at such time will be auto assigned in accordance with Section 4.2.4 of this Agreement.

  • Recipients eligible on or after January 1, 2019, will have the opportunity to select a Centennial Care 2.0 MCO at the time of application.

  • Recipients who are eligible and currently enrolled will have an opportunity to select a Centennial Care 2.0 MCO beginning in October 2018 (unless excluded from mandatory enrollment in Centennial Care).

  • If the recipient fails to select a different MCO and his/her current MCO is also a Centennial Care 2.0 MCO, then he/she will remain enrolled with the same MCO.

  • If the recipient fails to select a different MCO and his/her current MCO is not selected as a Centennial Care 2.0, then he/she will be auto-assigned in accordance with Section 4.2.4 of this Agreement.

  • Centennial Care means the State of New Mexico’s Medicaid program operated under Section 1115(a) of the Social Security Act waiver authority.

  • Individuals determined eligible for Centennial Care after October 2018 and before January 1, 2019, will select a current Centennial Care MCO at the time of application for Medicaid eligibility.

  • These individuals will also have an opportunity to select a Centennial Care 2.0 MCO prior to January 1, 2019.

  • Individuals determined eligible for Centennial Care 2.0 after April 2024 and before July 1, 2024, will select a current Centennial Care 2.0 MCO at the time of application for Medicaid eligibility.

Centennial Care means the existing New Mexico Medicaid Managed Care program in effect through June 30, 2024. Effective July 1, 2024, this program will be renamed Turquoise Care.   • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
