Centuri Certificate of Incorporation definition

Centuri Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Centuri, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, as reasonably amended in a manner consistent with then-market terms at the advice of the Underwriters to enhance marketability and, subsequent to the IPO Effective Date, shall mean such document as it may be amended from time to time.
