Cerro Corona Operation definition

Cerro Corona Operation means the gold and copper mine in Peru owned and operated by the Cerro Corona Subsidiary;
Cerro Corona Operation means the gold and copper mine in Peru owned and operated by the Cerro Corona Subsidiary. "Cerro Corona Subsidiary" means Gold Fields La Cima S.A. "Code" means the US Internal Revenue Code of 1986. "Commitment" means: 5 (a) in relation to an Original Lender, the amount in the Base Currency set opposite its name under the heading "Commitment" in Part IV of Schedule 1 (The Original Parties) and the amount of any other Commitment transferred to it under this Agreement or assumed by it in accordance with Clause 2.2 (Increase) or assumed by it in accordance with Clause 2.3 (Increase – Accordion Option); and (b) in relation to any other Lender, the amount in the Base Currency of any Commitment transferred to it under this Agreement or assumed by it in accordance with Clause 2.2 (Increase) or assumed by it in accordance with Clause 2.3 (Increase – Accordion Option), to the extent not cancelled, reduced or transferred by it under this Agreement. "Compliance Certificate" means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 8 (Form of Compliance Certificate). "Compounded Rate Currency" means U.S. dollars and any other currency which is not a Term Rate Currency and in respect of which a Compounding Methodology Supplement has been provided. "Compounded Rate Interest Payment" means the aggregate amount of interest that: (a) is, or is scheduled to become, payable under any Finance Document; and (b) relates to a Compounded Rate Loan. "Compounded Rate Loan" means any Loan or, if applicable, Unpaid Sum which is not a Term Rate Loan. "Compounded Reference Rate" means in relation to any RFR Banking Day during an Interest Period of a Compounded Rate Loan, the percentage rate per annum which is the aggregate of: (a)
