Cerro Quema Project means all mineral rights, mining concessions (including, for greater certainty the mineral concessions contracts between the Company or its subsidiaries and the Republic of Panama) and Additional Property Rights, or any rights to acquire any of the foregoing, and any amendments, additions or extensions thereto, relating to the Company’s mineral project on the Azuero Peninsula in Los Sxxxxx Province of southwestern Panama;
