Certificate Fee definition

Certificate Fee means, as applicable, the fee paid in connection with the issuance and renewal of a certificate and issuance of a reciprocal certificate.

  • As for an emergency issuance, the Certificate will be urgently issued, provided that, by 15:00 on the day before the start date of the validity period (in case of Annual Certificate Starting Midyear, the day of issuance) of the Certificate (if that day is a bank holiday, the immediately preceding bank business day), the application process for Certificate is completed and also the Certificate fee, the additional fee set forth in this Section and other related fees are paid.

  • Such application shall be accompanied by a Subdivision Certificate fee, as adopted at the time of the relevant payment as indicated in Council’s Fees and Charges.

  • No refund of the Transaction fee will be made thereafter, except that a Guest Certificate fee will be refunded if cancelled greater than sixty (60) days in advance of travel.
