Certificate of Beneficial Interest definition

Certificate of Beneficial Interest means a certificate of beneficial interest, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G, which evidences an ONS Interval.

Certificate of Beneficial Interest or "Certificate" shall mean a Rural Electric Cooperative Grantor Trust Certificate (KEPCO) Series 1997, each executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the 1997 Trust Agreement.
