Certificate of Expenditures definition

Certificate of Expenditures means those certain certificates submitted by Developer in accordance with Section 4.05 and more fully set forth in Exhibit N hereof.
Certificate of Expenditures means those certain certificates submitted by Developer in accordance with Section 4.4 and on the form set forth in Exhibit F.
