Certificate of Incumbency definition

Certificate of Incumbency means a Certificate of Incumbency described in Section 3.01(ii) and any successor or replacement Certificate of Incumbency delivered hereunder.
Certificate of Incumbency means the latest Certificate of Incumbency executed by or on behalf of the Borrower and delivered to the Lender.
Certificate of Incumbency has the meaning specified in paragraph 6.2.8 hereof.
