Lessee agrees to confirm any acceptance of the Equipment by Lessee by executing a Certificate of Inspection and Acceptance and providing the same to Lessor in accordance with the notice provision hereof on or about the Lease Commencement Date, but no later than the date for payment to the Vendor.
As between Lessor and Lessee, Lessee's acceptance for lease hereunder of any Equipment (as evidenced by its execution and delivery to Lessor of a Certificate of Inspection and Acceptance with respect to such Equipment) constitutes Lessee's acknowledgement that such Equipment in all respects conforms to the requirements of this Lease and is subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Lease.
The Term of each Schedule begins on the date payment is made by Lessor to Supplier or Lessee for the Equipment on such Schedule, or later date that you and we agree to in writing on the Certificate of Inspection and Acceptance.

This contract shall remain effective for a period of sixty calendar months commencing from the date of issue of the Certificate of Inspection and Acceptance in Good Order after the signing of this contract.
In the event that, subsequent to Lessor's placing of the order for the Equipment with the Manufacturer and prior to the execution by Lessee of the "Certificate of Inspection and Acceptance", the Acquisition Cost shall increase or decrease, Lessor and Lessee agree to make the necessary changes to the Rental Schedule for such item of Equipment and to make any necessary adjustments necessitated thereby in the rent figures set forth on such Rental Schedule.
As between Lessor and Lessee, Lessee's acceptance for lease hereunder of any Equipment as evidenced by its execution of a Certificate of Inspection and Acceptance with respect thereto shall constitute Lessee's acknowledgement that such Equipment (a) is of a size, design, capacity and manufacture acceptable to Lessee for lease hereunder, and (b) otherwise conforms to the requirements of this Lease and the Rental Schedule and is subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Lease.
Each Rental Schedule with attached Certificate of Inspection and Acceptance shall constitute a separate lease.
Except as provided in the preceding sentence, Lessee agrees to confirm any acceptance of the Equipment by Lessee by executing a Certificate of Inspection and Acceptance and providing the same to Lessor in accordance with the notice provision hereof on or about the Lease Commencement Date, but no later than the date for payment to the Vendor.
