Certificate of Perfection definition

Certificate of Perfection has the meaning given to it in Section 18.
Certificate of Perfection means a Certificate of Perfection in the form provided by Lender to Company.
Certificate of Perfection means a certificate, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the Seller, the Servicer, the Administrative Agent and the Insurer, furnished by the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.9(c).

  • Certificate of noncompliance means a document known as a certificate of noncompliance which is provided by the centralized collection unit of the department of revenue certifying that the named applicant or licensee has an outstanding liability placed with the unit and has not entered into an approved payment plan to pay the liability.

  • Perfection Certificate is defined in Section 5.1.

  • Schedule of Performance means that schedule of performance, attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein, setting forth the timelines for Milestones in the design, development, construction, and completion of the Project (including a construction timeline in customary form) together with the dates for submission of documentation required under this Agreement, which schedule shall be attached to the Development Plan and to the Declaration.

  • Perfection Representations means the representations, warranties and covenants set forth in Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Certificate of Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment to Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.

  • Certificate of Compliance means a certificate issued in terms of the Regulations in respect of an electrical installation or part of an electrical installation by an accredited person;

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Excluded Perfection Assets means, collectively:

  • Certificate of Merger has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Standard of performance means a standard for emission of air pollutants which reflects the degree of emission limitation achievable through the application of the best system of emission reduction which (taking into account the cost of achieving such reduction) the Director determines has been adequately demonstrated.

  • Certificate of Coverage means a written certification provided by any source that offers medical care coverage, including the Plan, for the purpose of confirming the duration and type of an individual’s previous coverage.

  • Certificate of Conversion means the certificate of conversion converting the Company’s prior partnership into the Company filed with the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on March 2, 2000.

  • Adequate Assurance of Performance has the meaning given to it in Section 10.3.

  • Certificate of organization means the certificate required by section 489.201. The term includes the certificate as amended or restated.
