Certificate of readability definition

Certificate of readability means a written statement signed by an officer of the insurer stating that the form is subject to s. Ins 6.07 and that the form meets the minimum standards set forth in that section.

  • Certificate of Conformity means Executive Order certifying vehicles for sale in California.

  • Certificate of Compliance means a certificate issued in terms of the Regulations in respect of an electrical installation or part of an electrical installation by an accredited person;

  • Certificate of Award means the certificate authorized by Section 6(a), to be signed by the Fiscal Officer, setting forth and determining those terms or other matters pertaining to the Bonds and their issuance, sale and delivery as this Ordinance requires or authorizes to be set forth or determined therein.
