Certificate of organization means the certificate required by section 489.201. The term includes the certificate as amended or restated.

A Certificate may also be issued by the priest when attendance is interrupted by exceptional circumstances which excuse from the obligation to attend on that occasion or occasions. type-approval certificate means the document whereby the approval authority officially certifies that a type of vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit is approved;

For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to clause (B), each Applicable Registry Operator shall have one vote for each top-‐level domain operated by such Registry Operator pursuant to an Applicable Registry Agreement.
Certificate of Insurance means a document showing that an insurance policy has been written and includes a statement of the coverage of the policy.
UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement, each Pledge Agreement and each Mortgage.
