Certificate Purchase Date definition

Certificate Purchase Date means the date (which shall be a Business Day) established by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.19 of this Origination Agreement on which the Certificate Purchaser purchases a GNMA Certificate, Xxxxxx Xxx Security or Xxxxxxx Mac Security pursuant to the Servicing Agreement.
Certificate Purchase Date means the date the Local HFA purchases a GNMA Certificate, Xxxxxxx Mac Security or a Xxxxxx Xxx Security pursuant to the Servicing Agreement.
