Certified Diverse Business Report definition

Certified Diverse Business Report means an accurate report by Contractor delivered to Owner identifying all certified diverse business enterprises certified with the State of Oregon, in accordance with ORS 200.005, performing work associated with the Project. That report is a condition to Final Completion and shall include the total number of contracts and subcontracts awarded to certified diverse business enterprises and the dollar value of each, including all changes during the course of the Project.

Related to Certified Diverse Business Report

  • Certified business means a business verified as a minority- or women-owned business enterprise pursuant to Section 314 of the Executive Law.

  • Responsible public entity means a public entity that has the power to develop or operate the applicable qualifying project.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP, including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • Non-Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information about a natural person's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with the person's neighbors, friends, associates, acquaintances, or others who may have knowledge concerning such items of information.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.
