Certified Pesticide Applicator definition

Certified Pesticide Applicator means a person holding a valid pesticide applicator’s certificate, forestry category, issued by the Ministry of Environment.
Certified Pesticide Applicator means an individual who is certified by the director of agriculture to use or to directly supervise the use of restricted use pesticides in categories specified in the certification or for specific uses named in the permit a commercial applicator or a private applicator.
