CFIUS Declaration definition

CFIUS Declaration means a declaration submitted to CFIUS pursuant to either 31 C.F.R. Section 800.401 or 31 C.F.R. 800.402.

CFIUS Declaration means a declaration with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement prepared by Purchaser and Seller and submitted to CFIUS in accordance with the requirements of the DPA.

Related to CFIUS Declaration

  • Compliance Declaration means a compliance declaration substantially in the form set out in Schedule F;
