CGCB definition

CGCB means a Temporary Global Covered Bond or a Permanent Global Covered Bond, in either case in respect of which the applicable Final Terms specify that it is not a new global covered bond;

CGCB means a Temporary Global Covered Bond in the form set out in the First Schedule to the Agency Agreement or a Permanent Global Covered Bond in the form set out in the Second Schedule to the Agency Agreement, in either case where the applicable Final Terms specify the Covered Bonds as not being in New Global Covered Bond form;

CGCB means a Temporary Bearer Global Covered Bond or a Permanent Bearer Global Covered Bond, in either case that it is not a NGCB;

Examples of CGCB in a sentence
