Change Control Committee definition

Change Control Committee has the meaning given in Section 9.5(c) of the Main Body of the Agreement. Table of Contents

More Definitions of Change Control Committee

Change Control Committee or “CCC” means the committee described in clause 8 responsible for approving changes.

Related to Change Control Committee

  • Architectural Control Committee means and refer to that committee constituted under Article 4 hereof for the review of Development Plans (as hereinafter defined) and other functions.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

  • Section 16 Officer means every person who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent (10%) of any class of any equity security (other than an exempted security) which is registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Section 16 officers include officers or directors of the issuer of such security, and those who perform a policy-making function for the issuer. See Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Nuveen Fund Board approves the list of Section 16 Officers for the Nuveen Funds on an annual basis. This list is maintained in the Legal Department in Chicago and includes portfolio managers, traders, and other access persons responsible for making policy related decisions.

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company
