Change in Constitution definition
Change in Constitution means change in legal status of the Allottee.
Change in Constitution means change in shareholding pattern of allottee and / or change in legal status of Allottee and shareholders/partners/members of the allottee at the time of allotment shall hold not less than 51% of share/equity of the business unit after such change.
