Examples of Change Request Proposal in a sentence

  • If the Parties agree in writing upon a Change Request Proposal or a written variation thereof, the Schedules hereto (if applicable) shall be deemed amended to include the terms and conditions of such agreed-upon Change Request.

  • The Change Request Proposal will include, but not be limited to, a statement of the availability of SOFTSERVE’s personnel and resources and the cost and schedule impact, if any.

  • Upon receipt of the signed original unaltered Change Request Proposal, SOFTSERVE will commence performance in accordance with such Change Request Proposal, which will be deemed to be an addendum to the related Scope of Work and/or a new Scope of Work, as the case may be.

  • Each such Change Request Proposal will include the estimated time and price of implementing the Change Request.

  • If the Parties do not agree upon a Change Request Proposal or a written variation thereof within ten (10) days after the date such Change Request Proposal is delivered to the Service Recipient, then the Change Request Proposal will expire, and neither Party shall have any obligation to implement the changes contemplated by such Change Request unless and until the Parties agree separately in writing.

  • If the Parties agree in writing upon a Change Request Proposal or a written variation thereof, the Schedules (if applicable) shall be amended to include the terms and conditions of such agreed-upon Change Request (including the Agreed Price for such Change and any related Pass-Through Charges and any modifications to the Agreed Price and related Pass-Through Charges for such Service on account thereof).

  • Change Request Proposal evaluation and drafting time will be charged/billed by SOFTSERVE upon the same rates and terms as are in effect under the current/applicable Scope of Work (and any Appendix thereto) to which the Change Request Proposal shall apply.

  • Attachment 3 – Article 2 - Terms and Conditions Modifications sets forth these modifications and for convenience purposes, Attachment 3 contains an entire restatement of those Sections of Article 2, where Attachment 3 shall supersede and replace those Sections from the original Article 2 as it applies to the Scope of Work and Deliverables under this Change Request Proposal 020 except as set forth in the immediately following sentence.

Related to Change Request Proposal

  • Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Transaction Proposal has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(c).

  • Eligible Proposal means a Proposal that meets or exceeds the prescribed requirement, proceeding to the next stage of evaluation;

  • Alternative Transaction Proposal means any offer, inquiry, proposal or indication of interest, written or oral (whether binding or non-binding and other than an offer, inquiry, proposal or indication of interest by Parent or a Subsidiary of Parent), relating to an Alternative Transaction.

  • Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.

  • Notice of Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).

  • Superior Acquisition Proposal means any Acquisition Proposal containing terms which the Company Board determines in its good faith judgment (based on the advice of an independent financial advisor) to be more favorable to the Company’s stockholders than the Merger and for which financing, to the extent required, is then committed or which, in the good faith judgment of the Company Board, is reasonably capable of being obtained by such third party.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Proposal / Bid means the technical proposal and the commercial/financial proposal.

  • Company Superior Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).
