Charitable Gaming Centre Association definition

Charitable Gaming Centre Association or “CGCA” means, with respect to the Charitable Gaming Centres, an association formed by Permittees that, prior to the commencement of this Agreement, conducted regular bingo lottery events under the Gaming Control Act, 1992 within the Charitable Gaming Centres, provided that OLG shall not be required to recognize more than one such CGCA in respect of each Charitable Gaming Centre.
