Charter Municipalities definition

Charter Municipalities means the Towns of Camden and Rockport;
Charter Municipalities are defined as North Lebanon and North Cornwall Townships. Any other municipality that shall hereafter join the Department and pay an admission fee to be determined by the Charter Municipalities shall be a member but not a Charter Member unless the Charter Members, defined above, jointly agree to make them a Charter Member.
