Checks means negotiable demand draft(s) drawn or payable through an office of a United States based financial institution, as well as demand draft(s) drawn on a Federal Reserve Bank or a Federal Home Loan Bank or on the Treasury of the United States. Check(s) include original check(s) and substitute check(s). Check(s) do not include noncash items payable in a medium other than United States dollars. A draft may be a check even though it is described on its face by another term, such as “money order.”
Checks means checks and other instruments and other payment instructions deposited into any Deposit Account or Securities Account.
