Check Images. The Bank may provide you with images of the front of your cancelled checks with your statement, which you agree is a reasonable manner of making the check available to you. The images will provide sufficient information for you to determine the identification and authenticity of any transaction, including whether any checks are forged, altered, or unauthorized. We are under no obligation or duty to retain the original of any check that you write on your account. We have the right to destroy the original cancelled checks after a reasonable period of time, as determined by us.

Check Images. We will follow generally accepted standards prevailing in the banking industry for check imaging services in providing the Services. You acknowledge that the check imaging service we provide is based on automated check processing without our manual inspection of each check to verify the accuracy of MICR encoding. Accordingly, the accuracy of check image indices will depend on the correctness of the MICR encoding performed by the check’s bank of first deposit, the check vendor, and your laser printer. We will not be responsible for MICR information that is inaccurate or unreadable for any reason.
Check Images. We will make available images of the front and reverse of checks presented against, or posted to, Accounts you designate during the current or previous statement period, including checks that were presented but were returned for any reason, but not including images of checks deposited to the Account. This Service will contain images of an Item each time it is presented to us and consequently may include more than one set of images of the same Item. Images may not contain all fine or light details or markings that appear on the original Item.

Check Images. For deposit accounts, you may view online images of the individual checks posted to your account. If you currently receive an account statement with check images in paper format, once you choose online-only statements and documents, you will no longer receive the check images as part of the statement. You can ask us to mail a photocopy of a cancelled check to you (additional fees may apply).
Check Images. We do not return your paid checks to you as they are not received by us from other banks. Images of the checks may be sent or made available to you each month with your account statement depending on the account type. You can obtain copies of your checks in the online banking system or by sending us a written request with the following information: your name, account number, check number, the amount of the check, and (if known) the date the check was paid. There is no charge for the first two items per statement that we copy for you. After that, we will charge your account a fee for each copy (including the front and back of the check). We will not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages under any circumstances for our inability to provide copies of checks. Our liability, if any, will not exceed the face amount of the check in question, and you must provide us with reasonable proof of any loss.

There may be a fee associated with this service, and we are not required to provide copies that are older than seven years from the date they were negotiated. We will not be responsible for direct, consequential, indirect, punitive or special damages under any circumstances for our inability to provide a copy of a check. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the lesser of (i) your actual loss or (ii) a total of $500.00 if we are unable to provide a copy or image of a check(s), and you must provide us with proof of loss reasonable to us.
