Chemicals Business means the lines of business comprising P Chem and C Chem (as defined in the Contribution Agreement), other petrochemicals businesses and related businesses; provided, however, that Chemicals Business shall not include any specific businesses comprising Chevron Excluded Assets or Philxxxx Xxxluded Assets (as defined in the Contribution Agreement).
