If the Dispute cannot be resolved by the Chief Executives within 15 Working Days of the matter being referred to them, either party may give a notice to the other requiring that the Dispute be referred to mediation.
Where the Dispute is not resolved by discussion between the parties within 15 Working Days of such notice being given, the matter is to be referred to the Chief Executives (or a person nominated by the Chief Executive) of the parties for resolution.
Any unanimous resolution of the Chief Executives shall be recorded in writing and signed by them and shall be final and binding unless the parties agree otherwise.
If the said authorised representatives are unable to resolve any dispute within twenty (20) working days of the dispute arising, the matter shall immediately be referred jointly by the Parties to the Chief Executives (or similar officers) of the Parties, who will attempt to resolve the matter.
The Chief Executives will meet and seek in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
