The Chief License Inspector may, by written notice, refuse to issue a Licence, or may suspend a licence that has been issued, if the Inspector considers the applicant or licence holder, as applicable, has not complied with this or another applicable bylaw of the City or enactment of the Province or Canada, or for another reasonable cause stated in the notice.
In the event the Alberta provincial license is suspended or voided, the Chief License Inspector must be informed within five (5) working days and the Chauffeur License is also suspended or voided.
Every person who wishes to stage or promote a Combative Sports Event or participate as a Contestant, an Official or Promoter of an Event, shall obtain the appropriate License from the Chief License Inspector no later than ninety (90) days prior to the date of the Combative Sports Event.
