Chief License Inspector definition

Chief License Inspector means the individual appointed by Council to be the Chief License Inspector or a person duly authorized to carry out the powers and duties of the Chief License Inspector;
Chief License Inspector means the City's License Inspector appointed from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act and includes any acting or assistant license inspector or designate;
Chief License Inspector means the person appointed to that position by the City, or the designate of that person.
