Chief Transformation Officer definition

Chief Transformation Officer has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.2(e).
Chief Transformation Officer means that independent Person, acceptable to the Required Lxxxxxx, appointed by the Special Committee (as defined in the AECOM Loan Agreement) and whose rights and responsibilities are designated by resolution of the Special Committee.
