Child Care Licensing Unit definition

Child Care Licensing Unit means the unit within the Department of Human Services, Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education, that inspects and investigates any proposed or operating Child Care Center and any personnel connected with the center to determine if the facility will be or is being operated in accordance with the Child Care Facility Licensing Act and the Licensing Requirements for the Child Care Centers.
