Child Care Centers. Each child receiving services from a Child Care Center shall have rights which include, but are not limited to, the following:
(1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons.
(2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs.
(3) To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse, or other actions of a punitive nature, including but not limited to: interference with daily living functions, including eating, sleeping, or toileting; or withholding of shelter, clothing, medication or aids to physical functioning.
(4) To be informed, and to have his/her authorized representative, if any, informed by the licensee of the provisions of law regarding complaints including, but not limited to, the address and telephone number of the complaint receiving unit of the licensing agency and of information regarding confidentiality.
(5) To be free to attend religious services or activities of his/her choice and to have visits from the spiritual advisor of his/her choice. Attendance at religious services, either in or outside the facility, shall be on a completely voluntary basis. In Child Care Centers, decisions concerning attendance at religious services or visits from spiritual advisors shall be made by the parent(s), or guardian(s) of the child.
(6) Not to be locked in any room, building, or facility premises by day or night.
(7) Not to be placed in any restraining device, except a supportive restraint approved in advance by the licensing agency. Child Care Centers. The IATSE and the AMPTP shall address the issue of establishing child care centers with individual employers on a Company- by-Company basis.
Child Care Centers. Section 1. Where child care centers are provided by host military installa- tions, the Employer shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that unit employees have access on an equal basis as that established for other civilian federal employees assigned to the installa- tion.
Section 2. If, at the sole discretion of the Employer, available space in a XxXXX school is used to establish a child care center, unit employees shall have equal access with other military and civil- ian employees.
Child Care Centers. The parties acknowledge and agree that, due to insufficient financial resources to support the continued operation of the College’s Child Care Centers, the College will close all of its campus-based Child Care Centers effective December 31, 2014. COLLEGE POLICY VI: EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE AT CONVOCATION AND GRADUATION Attendance at Convocation and Graduation is encouraged but voluntary. Employees not expecting to attend shall notify the appropriate Department Head not later than fourteen (14) days before the event.

Section 1 The parties recognize that PTO employees need to have reliable and adequate day care services available to them so that they are free to devote their full energy and attention to their duties and responsibilities. Accordingly, the PTO shall establish a list of existing local day care facilities, including information on occupancy, , capacity, rates, location, hours of operation, local licensing status and the local agency responsible for licensing. The PTO agrees to make copies of this information available to new employees upon their entry into service and to others who express an interest.
Section 2 The parties recognize and acknowledge that the establishment of a child care center at the PTO can result in substantial benefits for the PTO and its employees. These benefits include, but are not limited to, enhanced employee family life, improved employee morale and performance, reduced use of leave for family-related problems, lower employee turnover and reduced personnel costs for the PTO. Because of anticipated improvements in the quality of work life and financial savings for the PTO, the parties agree to cooperate in seeking to establish a child care center in the Crystal City complex for PTO employees during the term of this Agreement.

Child Care Centers. Section 1. In accordance with governing regulations, the Employer may provide available government-owned or leased space and space-related services without charge for the purpose of establishing childcare facilities in or near FAA facilities. Factors which impact the Employer’s ability to provide such space include the availability of space and/or funds, the number of employees in a location, and the demand for child care at that location as indicated by a needs assessment survey.
Section 2. The Parties recognize that employees may have special child care needs while attending resident training at the FAA Academy and following a promotion/reassignment involving a relocation.
Section 3. The Employer agrees to publish available lists of childcare centers in the Oklahoma City area as an attachment to the FAA Notice on Student Housing Information. The Employer assumes no responsibility as to the quality of service, certification (state, county or city, etc.) or reliability of the listed child care centers.
Section 4. Under the Agency relocation assistance program, resource information for family needs is provided. Such information may cover childcare services when available.
Section 5. Both Parties agree that it is the employee’s responsibility for selection and individual arrangements concerning childcare centers.
