Child Patients definition

Child Patients means persons under the age of 8 who are eligible for general medical and surgical services pursuant to the provisions of the Health (General Practitioner Service Alterations of Criteria for Eligibility) Act 2020 (or, as the context may require, the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of the relevant child).
Child Patients shall have the meaning given in the Paediatric Licence.
Child Patients means: (a) Paediatric Patients who fall within the scope of the patient recipient specification set out in the relevant Product label approved by (i) the FDA or the World Health Organisation pre-qualification programme and (ii) the Relevant Regulatory Authority; and/or (b) in relation to any jurisdiction in the Territory where Product containing 50 mg of the Compound is not available for the treatment of HIV patients of age eighteen (18) years or more, such HIV patients of age eighteen (18) years or more who, when they were Paediatric Patients, were Child Patients for the purposes of part (a) of this definition, and were treated with Product manufactured pursuant to this Agreement at the time they turned eighteen (18) years of age.

  • Hospice patient s family" means a hospice patient's immediate family members, including a spouse, brother, sister, child, or parent, and any other relative or individual who has significant personal ties to the patient and who is designated as a member of the patient's family by mutual agreement of the patient, the relative or individual, and the patient's interdisciplinary team.

  • Child Caregiver means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor children under the age of 18 while You are on the Trip without the minor children. The arrangement of being the Child Caregiver while You are on the Trip must be made 30 or more days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.
