Churn Rate definition

Churn Rate is, as of any date of determination, the percentage obtained by (i) subtracting (a) the number of Retained Customer Accounts (measured on a trailing three (3) month basis) from (b) the number of Existing Customer Accounts with which Borrower began the applicable trailing three (3) month period divided by (ii) the number of Existing Customer Accounts with which Borrower began the applicable trailing three (3) month period.
Churn Rate means a percentage of numbers that have discontinued accessing or receiving services of a licensee within a given timeframe.”

More Definitions of Churn Rate

Churn Rate is, as of any date of determination, the Lost Revenue Percentage multiplied by twelve (12).
Churn Rate means, for any period as at any date of determination, the sum of the Monthly Recurring Revenue lost as a result of Closed Accounts divided by the aggregate Monthly Recurring Revenue for such period.
