Monthly Revenue definition

Monthly Revenue means, with respect to each calendar month, the gross revenue of the Issuer calculated on a cash basis during such calendar month, excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any taxes, tips (as applicable) or any revenue attributable to rebates, discounts or refunds received in cash by the Issuer with respect to any prior expenses incurred by the Issuer.
Monthly Revenue means the sum of: (a) the monthly average of the total revenues (as defined under generally accepted accounting principles, but not including any sales or similar taxes collected by Seller on behalf of any governmental entity) earned by the CATV Systems (except for revenue earned from Seasonal Subscribers in the CATV Systems) during the three (3) full calendar months immediately preceding the Closing Date from (i) recurring monthly subscription payments earned from the CATV Systems' Equivalent Subscribers and Pay-TV Subscribers, and (ii) the other operations of the CATV Systems; plus
Monthly Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a)(iv). "Overpayment" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(d).

Monthly Revenue means, with respect to each calendar month, the gross revenue of the Company calculated on a cash basis during such calendar month, excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any taxes, tips (as applicable) or any revenue attributable to rebates, discounts or refunds received in cash by the Company with respect to any prior expenses incurred by the Company.
Monthly Revenue means an amount equal to (x) total recurring monthly Data Service revenues (excluding non-recurring revenues, which would include, but not be limited to, installation fees) for the Florida System for the calendar month ending on the Florida Measurement Date, plus (y) the total recurring monthly cable television service revenues (i.e., Basic Cable Service and Expanded Basic Cable Service, but excluding non-recurring revenues, which would include, but not be limited to, installation fees) for the Florida System for the calendar month ending on the Florida Measurement Date, minus (z) the retention adjustments for the corresponding period (calculated in a manner consistent with Exhibit K, which sets forth the Monthly Revenue and related adjustments for 2003); provided, however, that no revenue shall be included with respect to any customer in a multi-dwelling unit or commercial establishment that obtains service on a “bulk-rate” basis if the contracting party to the Bulk Agreement relating to such multi-dwelling unit or commercial establishment notifies Buyer or Seller in writing (including by fax or email) that it does not intend to accept the assignment of such Bulk Agreement to Buyer.
