Existing Customer Accounts definition

Existing Customer Accounts are, on any date of determination, all Eligible Customer Accounts of Borrower generated from expected receipt of MRR which arise in the ordinary course of Borrower’s business.
Existing Customer Accounts are, on any date of determination, all Eligible Customer Accounts consisting of customers who have executed a subscription commitment with Borrower that are not New Customer Accounts or accounts that have been lost.
Existing Customer Accounts are, on any date of determination, all Eligible Customer Accounts which each such Account (i) consists of customers of Borrower that have actually used Borrower’s services, (ii) generates trailing 12-month Recurring Revenues for Borrower of at least One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), and (iii) is not a New Customer Account or Lost Customer Account.
