Written Notice means a notice or communication in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly served if delivered in persons to the individual or to a member of the contractors firm or to an office of the company for whom it is intended, or if delivered at or sent by registered mail to the last business address known to him who gives the notice.
Notice in writing or written notice means a notice in writing, typed or printed matters sent (unless delivered personally or otherwise proved to have been received) by registered post to the last known private or business address or registered office of the addressee and shall be deemed to have been received in the ordinary course of post, it would have been delivered.
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Xxxxx Notice means the Notice of Grant of Stock Option accompanying the Agreement, pursuant to which Optionee has been informed of the basic terms of the option evidenced hereby.
PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s October 27, 2022, letter to Ansible and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).
A Term's Written Notice means Notice given before the first day of a Term and expiring at the end of that Term. A Term's Written Notice must be given if:
Step-In Notice has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;
Notice means notice in writing;
Written Notification means an electronic document (including faxes, emails, internal mail on the client terminal etc.) or an announcement on the Company's website.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Cancellation Notice has the meaning given in Clause 8.6;
Email Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed Settlement terms, as approved by Class Counsel, Facebook’s Counsel, and the Court, to be provided to Class Members (including Minor Subclass Members), under Section 3.3 of this Agreement via electronic mail or the Facebook domain of xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. The Email Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
Notice of Withdrawal means a notice containing the information set out in Schedule VII;
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Replacement Notice is defined in Section 4.11.
Change of Scope Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 13.2 (i); “Change of Scope Request” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 13.2 (ii); “Change of Scope Order” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 13.2 (iv); “Completion Certificate” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 12.2; “Construction” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 1.2 (f);
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Notice of Termination means a written notice which shall indicate the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of Executive's employment under the provision so indicated.
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Discontinuance Notice means the written Notice sent by the Billing Party to the other Party that notifies the Non- Paying Party that in order to avoid disruption or disconnection of the Interconnection Services, furnished under this Agreement, the Non-Paying Party must remit all Unpaid Charges to the Billing Party within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the Billing Party’s Notice of Unpaid Charges.
Prescribed Notice means 28 days or any shorter period of notice for a meeting of members of the Company allowed under the Corporations Act.
Consent Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).
Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).
Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.
