CID Collection Period definition

CID Collection Period means the period that commences on the date that the CID Sales Tax is first imposed and concluding upon the date which is the earlier of the following: (a) the date that Developer has been reimbursed for all Eligible Expenses by Pay-As-You-Go CID Financing, or (b) regardless of whether the Developer has been fully reimbursed for all Eligible Expenses, that date which is twenty two (22) years from the date that the CID Sales Tax is first imposed, as set forth in Section 3.04(c) hereof.
CID Collection Period means the period that commences on the date that the CID Assessments are first imposed and concluding upon the date which is the earlier of the following:
CID Collection Period means that certain period in which CID Assessments are imposed and collected within the District as set forth in Section 4.3(e) hereof.

Examples of CID Collection Period in a sentence

  • The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire following the last day of the later of the CID Collection Period and the TDD Collection Period (the "Term").

  • The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire upon the last day of the CID Collection Period (the "Term").

  • When and if the UG has been fully reimbursed for the UG's Contribution plus Interest, then the Developer may utilize any remaining CID Proceeds for the balance of the CID Collection Period for eligible Project Costs as described in the Total Project Budget, attached hereto as Exhibit H, and any other hard construction costs authorized by the CID Petition and legally eligible under the CID Act.

  • The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire upon that date which is the earlier of (i) the last day of the CID Collection Period, or (ii) the date that Developer has been reimbursed for all Eligible Expenses by Pay-As- You-Go CID Financing (the "Term").


More Definitions of CID Collection Period

CID Collection Period means the period of time in which Project Area 3 CID Sales Tax shall be imposed and collected within the Project Area 3 CID as set forth in Section 3.5(c)(i).
CID Collection Period means that period that commences on the date that the CID Sales Tax is first imposed up to and concluding upon that date which is the earlier of the following: (a) the date that Developer has been reimbursed for all Eligible Expenses by Pay-As-You-Go CID Financing, or (b) regardless of whether the Developer has been fully reimbursed for all Eligible Expenses, that date which is twenty two (22) years from the date that the CID Sales Tax is first imposed as set forth in Section 11.4(b) of the Amendment.

Related to CID Collection Period

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.

  • Amortization Period means the period beginning on the Termination Date and ending on the Maturity Date.

  • Funding Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first to occur of (a) the Distribution Date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account (after giving effect to any transfers therefrom in connection with the transfer of Subsequent Contracts to the Trust on such Distribution Date) is less than $150,000, (b) the date on which an Event of Termination occurs, (c) the date on which an Insolvency Event occurs with respect to the Trust Depositor and (d) the close of business on the date which is 90 days from and including the Closing Date.
