Cimarron Site definition

Cimarron Site means the site owned by Settlors located in Cimarron, Oklahoma.
Cimarron Site shall have the meaning provided in Paragraph 50.

  • In the event of any approved sale or lease or other disposition under this Paragraph, any net proceeds from the sale or lease or other disposition shall be paid to the Cimarron Trust Environmental Cost Accounts for the Cimarron Site and/or the Cimarron Trust Administrative Account in a proportion approved by NRC and the State of Oklahoma in writing.

  • NRC and the State of Oklahoma may instruct the Cimarron Trustee in writing that any conservatively projected surplus funding in the Cimarron Trust Administrative Account be transferred to the Cimarron Trust Accounts established under the Settlement Agreement for the Cimarron Site if there are remaining actions to be performed and with a need for additional trust funding or, to the extent there are no such remaining actions, as described in clauses (ii)-(iv) in the immediately preceding Subparagraph.

  • Settlors shall execute, or cause to be executed, and record, if necessary, all necessary releases of any liens or security interests held by any Settlors against the Cimarron Site.

  • Upon receipt of the Cimarron Site and the Funding and Consideration, the Cimarron Trustee shall create a segregated Cimarron Trust Federal Environmental Cost Account and a Cimarron Trust State Environmental Cost Account and a segregated Cimarron Standby Trust Fund within the Cimarron Trust.

  • As of the Effective Date, the Cimarron Trust shall be responsible for paying all real property taxes first coming due following the Effective Date relating to the Cimarron Site.

  • Settlors shall pay to the applicable tax authorities on or prior to the Effective Date all real property taxes relating to the Cimarron Site due on or before the Effective Date.

  • Settlors shall retain no ownership or other residual interest whatsoever with respect to the Cimarron Trust, the Cimarron Site.

  • Funding for the Cimarron Trust Environmental Cost Accounts shall be held in trust for Environmental Actions with respect to the Cimarron Site and may not be used for any Owned or Non-Owned Site except as expressly provided in Section 2.4.3 below.

  • Settlors and the Cimarron Trust shall prorate the real property taxes accruing to or becoming a lien on the Cimarron Site during the calendar year of the Effective Date, and Settlors shall have paid to the Cimarron Trust their pro-rata share of such real property taxes as of the Effective Date.

  • The purpose of the Cimarron Trust Environmental Cost Accounts and the Cimarron Standby Trust Fund shall be to provide funding for future Decommissioning Activities, Environmental Actions and certain future regulatory fees and oversight costs of NRC and the State of Oklahoma with respect to the Cimarron Site.

  • On-site means the same or geographically contiguous property which may be divided by public or private right-of- way, provided the entrance and exit between the properties is at a cross-roads intersection, and access is by crossing as opposed to going along, the right-of-way. Non-contiguous properties owned by the same person but connected by a right-of-way which he controls and to which the public does not have access, is also considered on-site property.

  • Cultivation site means a location where cannabis is planted, grown, harvested, dried, cured, graded, or trimmed, or a location where any combination of those activities occurs.

  • Reception center means a business that:

  • townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Substation means the apparatus that connects the electrical collection system of the WECS(s) and increases the voltage for connection with the utility's transmission lines.

  • Design-build entity means a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, or other legal entity that is able to provide appropriately licensed contracting, architectural, and engineering services as needed pursuant to a design-build contract.

  • Person centered care means care that:

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

  • Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Ambulatory surgical center means any public or private State licensed and approved (whenever required by law) establishment with an organized medical staff of Physicians, with permanent facilities that are equipped and operated primarily for the purpose of performing Surgical Procedures, with continuous Physician services and registered professional nursing service whenever a patient is in the facility, and which does not provide service or other accommodations for patients to stay overnight.

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Generation Owner means a Member that owns, leases with rights equivalent to ownership, or otherwise controls and operates one or more operating generation resources located in the PJM Region. The foregoing notwithstanding, for a planned generation resource to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner, such resource shall have cleared an RPM auction, and for Energy Resources, the resource shall have a FERC-jurisdictional interconnection agreement or wholesale market participation agreement within PJM. Purchasing all or a portion of the output of a generation resource shall not be sufficient to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner. For purposes of Members Committee sector classification, a Member that is primarily a retail end- user of electricity that owns generation may qualify as a Generation Owner if: (1) the generation resource is the subject of a FERC-jurisdictional interconnection agreement or wholesale market participation agreement within PJM; (2) the average physical unforced capacity owned by the Member and its affiliates over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average PJM capacity obligation of the Member and its affiliates over the same time period; and (3) the average energy produced by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average energy consumed by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the same time period. Generation Resource Maximum Output:

  • Station means an area served by one valve or by a set of valves that operate simultaneously.

  • Person-Centered Service Plan means the details of the supports, desired outcomes, activities, and resources required for an individual to achieve and maintain personal goals, health, and safety, as described in OAR 411-004-0030.

  • Person-centered planning means a process for planning and supporting the consumer receiving services that builds on the individual’s capacity to engage in activities that promote community life and that honors the consumer’s preferences, choices, and abilities. The person-centered planning process involves families, friends, and professionals as the consumer desires or requires.
