CIS License definition

CIS License shall have the meaning set forth in the Stockholders' Agreement.
CIS License means the CIS License Agreement, dated as of August 7, 2000, by and between AOL and AOL Latin America.

  • Recipient shall have the same license rights to the New CIS Developments as those rights granted to Recipient in Section 2 of the CIS License with respect to the Licensed Products.

  • Recipient shall have the same license rights to the Requested Developments as those rights granted to Recipient in Section 2 of the CIS License with respect to the Licensed Products.

Related to CIS License

  • Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.

Copyleft Licenses include the GNU General Public License, the GNU Lesser General Public License, the Mozilla Public License, the Common Development and Distribution License, the Eclipse Public License and all Creative Commons “sharealike” licenses.

  • IP License means all Contractual Obligations (and all related IP Ancillary Rights), whether written or oral, granting any right, title and interest in or relating to any Intellectual Property.

  • Business Licenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(x).

  • Perpetual License means a license which is everlasting and valid if the software is being used in accordance with the license-agreement requirements.

  • Cross License Agreement means that certain Cross License Agreement between and among Medarex, Cell Genesys, Inc., Abgenix, Inc., Xenotech, L.P. and Japan Tobacco Inc., dated March 26, 1997.

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.
